Being a reality, that iron is a corrosive raw material, but very resistant and therefore durable over time, the company uses several treatment processes, degreasing and phosphating to achieve greater adhesion of the product, passing through a phase of primer powder baked and finishing the process with the contribution of the colour with powder baked paint provided by our suppliers with ‘Class 1’ and with powder baked paint high range, which provides us with our supplier Tiger Coatings Spain S. L, with Qualicoat quality of ‘Class 2 Super Durable’ to achieve:

And in this way to reduce the oxidation to the maximum, but even with all these processes, between the joints or unions of two irons the treatments do not filter but the water could do it and produce rust, so the company can only guarantee the non-oxidation in the areas where it covers these treatments.
